We are a growing team looking for a Lead IT Security in the IT department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Lead and mentor a distributed team of 3 IT professionals (based in Poland and Italy), ensuring effective collaboration and performance - Implement and manage IAM solutions to enhance security and protect company assets using the latest phishing-resistant methods - Develop and enforce corporate security policies, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on information security and promoting a culture of security awareness - Lead and execute IT projects for onboarding/offboarding and other IT/security initiatives - Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement innovative IT solutions to streamline operations - Work closely with cross-functional teams to address IT-related needs and support business growth - Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, policies, and procedures - Share updates andclear communication on security projects and progress with stakeholders - Ensure IT practices comply with industry standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF) WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - \+3 years of experience in Information Security, ideally with IAM and security policy exposure - Understanding security principles (e.g. defense in depth, least privilege), and access management rules (e.g. RBAC) - Experience working with IAM platforms like Okta, Entra, OneLogin; familiarity withSAML/OIDC protocols - Experience inAgile project environments, able to plan and communicate progress clearly to the stakeholders - Strong communication inEnglish and Polish - you’ll work in a local and global setup - Understanding of European compliance requirements, especially GDPR, NIS2 - Optional certifications: (ISC)2 CC, CISSP, CISM - Experience in team management or a desire to develop leadership skills - Passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to continuous learning WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT At sennder, we want to maximize the individual potential of all employees and reinforce an inclusive culture and environment of continuous learning that empowers people to succeed as a team.
