- Prenotazione degli spazi espositivi;
- Gestione e spedizione delle attrezzature;
- Prenotazione alberghi e biglietti viaggi per attività commerciali/fiere;
- Gestione e spedizione del materiale marketing (cataloghi/gadgets ).

**Studi - Corsi di Formazione**:

- Laurea in lingue e Corso di specializzazione nella gestione di eventi fieristici.

**Competenze Tecniche**:

- Discreta conoscenza del Pacchetto office
- Capacità di utilizzo del web
- Conoscenza ed utilizzo dei Social (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Google+, YouTube)

**Competenze Relazionali**:

- Problem solving;
- Dinamismo e flessibilità;
- Capacità di pianificazione;
- Capacità di relazionarsi con le varie funzioni aziendali;

**Competenze linguistiche**:

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

**Esperienza**:

- Almeno 5 anni nella gestione di eventi.
