We are looking for a **Connectivity Development Project Leader** to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to the **Head of Electronic Car Development, HMI & Connect** and functionally to the **Coordinator of **Connectivity development.**

You will be responsible to coordinate and guide Connected Car development team.
- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions for Connected Car
- Training, mentoring and supporting Connected Car scrum teams to follow agile values, principles and practices
- Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping Connected Car teams to make improvements
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests from external stakeholders
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
- Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. supplier or external stakeholders)
- Assuring alignment with the Connectivity Project House, vehicle project teams (KEFA), other Connectivity Project Leaders and Connectivity Coordinator in order to make the developments consistent and feasible with respect to the characteristics defined for the different vehicle lines
- Interfacing with CARIAD, AUDI and VW Group including attendance to meetings for topics under own responsibility
- Presenting in Project Team, Project House for Connected Car project assigned
- Participating and presenting in Technical meeting with CTO, Schadenstisch, Production meeting CCB, SUMS for Connected Car project assigned
- Developing innovation projects and presenting Proof of Concept and new technologies to the CTO and Lamborghini Board
- Leading content definition, development and technical targets for the Connected Car
- Supporting the Connectivity Coordinator for evaluating partnership and co-branding with the connectivity partners
- Supporting the Connectivity Coordinator in the evaluation and management of Connectivity dedicated suppliers for Lamborghini (e.g., mobile network operators, back-end supplier, connected services suppliers)
- Periodically reporting and escalating major project-related technical concerns to Connectivity Coordinator and HOU
- Supporting for tendering and sourcing of external engineering partners and component strategic suppliers
- In order to support the development, he/she is can be requested to drive cars upon special driving license released by Lamborghini

**About you**
- Master Degree in Automotive Engineering, Computer/Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering
- More than 5 years of experience in similar role in the automotive field
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
- Working knowledge of tools for agile projects management (e.g. JIRA and Confluence)
- Experience in software development
- Knowledge in cloud computing and main cloud Technologies
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent people and project management skills
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to prioritize/manage time and deal with pressure
- Relationship building
