Industrialization and Methods Process Manager

Find a person with strong technical skills who works closely with the product development, defining the processing cycles, the adaptation of production technologies and the possible use of external resources (make or buy). It will also have to intervene on problems relating to the production process and the operation of the plants.

In particular, he will have to:

- Define, together with the other team members, the different aspects of the project industrialization to be developed: objectives, phases and methods of implementation, timing, costs, methods and validation parameters;
- Follow the product development at a technical level, manage and monitor the production of molds and project equipment;
- Contribute to the technical and design development of the team by identifying, where necessary, the training needs and preparing ad hoc solutions with the HR Department;
- Ensure the coordination and integration of the activities carried out internally with those carried out at the external suppliers in order to maintain constant and efficient control of the projects in all their phases;
- Coordinate the phases of global validation (development, productivity, quality) of each project by involving the people in charge of the different departments, and propose appropriate solutions and corrective actions if the targets have not been achieved;
- Interfacing with external suppliers involved in the various project activities, in order to ensure compliance with established methods and times;
- Manage the orders of the material required for the realization of the project;
- To manage possible international projects in cooperation with the Group;
- Define the project KPIs verifying the achievement of the targets and preparing reports for the management;In detail, some practical examples of Key Responsibilities:

- Establishment and maintenance of routine times and work station optimization
- Implementation of the product cost calculation
- Industrialization of the PCBa's in collaboration with R&D and the suppliers (example the definition of the test points for in site testing)
- PCBa's functional test specification in collaboration with the R&D and validation of the test bench (made by the supplier)

- He will interface with the R&D Technical Department, the Mechanical workshop, the Production / Purchasing Department, the Quality Department and Sales Department. Principles of mechatronic and/or electromagnetic and/or mechanic product industrialization;
- Principles of process industrialization, preparation of assembly procedures and instructions;
- Analysis / engineering of production processes, components and products, defect analysis and continuous improvement, re-design;
- Time and method methodologies, time detection, process and manufacturing optimization, industrial process knowledge;
- Competitor product analysis methodologies;
- Manual skills on electronic / mechanical assembly and welding;
- Knowledge of control methods, testing and control machines. Problem solving and decision making: analysis and evaluation skills to produce suitable solutions for overcome problems;
- Strategic thinker and global overview: ability to be aware and perceptive;
- Active listening: giving full attention to what others say;
- Good attitude for teamworking: cooperating with all the colleagues in order to achieve results. Degree in mechatronic and/or electronic and/or electromagnetic and/or mechanic (technical studies);
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Knowledge of management tools (technical drawing);
- Experience gained in the position of at least 10 years preferably in a similar / adjacent / product design / industrialization sector;
- Orientation towards innovation, ability to analyze and overview company processes.
