We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our CRM Strategic Planning team as a YOOX CRM Strategic Planning Intern (assistant), reporting to the CRM Senior strategic Planning Specialist you will play a key role in supporting the YOOX business.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

- Assisting with Strategic Planning of SMS across YOOX to help deliver our channel(s) targets, steering us towards our vision of consistent, relevant, and localised messaging across our global markets
- Identification of special projects and optimisation opportunities within the various CRM channels
- Leading on management of end-to-end campaigns for SMS: i.e. Gathering requirements from all stakeholders, briefing the editorial and creative teams, pulling audiences, collating, and communicating feedback and project updates in the most efficient way.
- Assisting on planning and executing tests within the various CRM Channels in order to refine strategy
- Identifying and obtaining the most relevant audiences for highly engaging, empathetic customer communications. Navigating communication preferences for varying customer segments by brand
- Assisting with analysing performance of YOOX CRM activities versus forecasts, historic trends and identifying the insight, learnings for further optimisation in future planning

The type of person we are looking for:

- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good time management skills and able to identify priorities during busy periods
- Flexibility and ability to work both independently and in team in a structured manner
