Coordination with headquarters
- Passenger ticket/booking reservation
- Entering and querying the data in the EVA Air system
- Tickets issuance and re-issuance
- Handling Frequent Flyer Programme
- Handling customer service complaints.
- Assist in training courses on products, fairs, road shows and events
- Reservations and Ticketing training will be given.

**Requirement**:

- Please provide English resume
- Without experience is welcome and willing to be trained.
- Essential experience needed as our Reservations Ticketing Officer
- Previous travel agency / airline background experience
- Excellent customer service skills written
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge and ability to use computer and MS Office
- Able to organize and prioritize within a demanding environment
- Able to cooperate and work well in a team

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €26.500,00 - €28.000,00 all'anno
