- We are offering a 6 months curricular internship in Finance Italy Area, in ‘Portfolio Action & Securitization’ Team which has the mission to support the structuring and execution process of synthetic securitisations originated by the bank with basic credit risk analysis and selection of underlying portfolio to be securitized.**You will actively support the team in**:

- Supporting the structuring and execution process of synthetic securitisations originated by the bank
- Supporting the contract definition, in cooperation with law department and/or external lawyers
- Interaction with external counterparties and internal functions

Requisiti

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Being a University student attending a Bachelor or a Master in economic/quantitative discipline
- Strong interest in Finance
- Excellent academic records
- Fluency in English
- Confident with Microsoft Office Package
- Full-time availability
- Learning agility, outstanding team working and communication skills, analytical mindset
