Riporta al responsabile di filiale
Garantisce la gestione operativa di consegna dei mezzi e gestione dei clienti in filiale. Gestisce le offerte, le prenotazioni e i contratti con i clienti al telefono, in presenza e/o mediante le modalità informatiche su piattaforma noleggio.
Prepara i veicoli per il noleggio, controlla lo stato di consegna e di riconsegna dei mezzi. Analizza le esigenze dei clienti per fornire soluzioni a valore aggiunto.
Consegna e ritira i veicoli e si confronta con il responsabile di filiale per l'ottimizzazione del parco veicoli, tasso di utilizzo, gestione mezzi in magazzino e in riparazione.
Verifica gli aspetti amministrativi, gestione incassi e fatturazione.
PROFILO RICERCATO
Con una formazione di scuola superiore, almeno 2 anni di esperienza nei servizi di noleggio auto, autorimessa o logística ed una mínima esperienza in meccanica.
Client oriented, è persona versatile con spirito di iniziativa e di programmazione del lavoro.
Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, week-end
Munito di patente B, preferibile C e disponibile a spostamenti regolari su brevi distanze.
Conoscenza pc, pacchetto Office e posta elettronica
