This 18-month career acceleration opportunity will help you develop your skills and pave the way to becoming a future leader of Loro Piana.

During three six-month rotations, you will have the chance to specialise in a chosen function and explore the dynamic ecosystem and the unique heritage of Loro Piana. Throughout this tailor-made journey, you will receive continuous guidance from the _Maison _’s managers and embrace rewarding challenges.

The program is based in Italy and offers regional missions where applicable. Your development journey will begin at a selected Loro Piana boutique and continue in the head office.

**Job responsibilities**:
The Avenue Manager In Training Program in **Product Development & Pre-Industrialization**offers a concrete opportunity to develop in-depth technical skills and become a **product expert at Loro Piana.**

Your journey will begin with a store induction, followed by intensive training within our Product Development department. You will immerse yourself in the crucial Pre-Industrialization phase, a key role in the success of our product lines. Through this experience, you will acquire an **in-depth understanding of production processes**and develop the skills necessary to **technically manage the product lifecycle**.

**Profile**:
**What are the eligibility criteria?**- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design & Product Development or a related field
- **Up to 3 years**of related work experience, including internships
- Availability to start a full-time position by **January 2026**:

- Availability to work in Italy without visa sponsorship
- Proficiency in **English,**and **Italian**:

- Willingness to travel and relocate globally
