This 18-month career acceleration opportunity will help you develop your skills and pave the way to becoming a future leader of Loro Piana.

During three six-month rotations, you will have the chance to specialise in a chosen function and explore the dynamic ecosystem and the unique heritage of Loro Piana. Throughout this tailor-made journey, you will receive continuous guidance from the _Maison _’s managers and embrace rewarding challenges.

The program is based in Italy and offers regional missions where applicable. Your development journey will begin at a selected Loro Piana boutique and continue in the head office.

It will culminate in a hands-on international mission, where you will gain strategic insights and leadership skills crucial for a position in human resources management.

**Profile**:
**What are the eligibility criteria?**- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- **Up to 3 years**of related work experience, including internships
- Availability to start a full-time position by **April 2025**:

- Availability to work in Italy without visa sponsorship
- Proficiency in **English and Italian**:

- Willingness to travel and relocate globally
