Air Liquide’s ambition is **to lead its industry, deliver long term performance and contribute to sustainability.** **Entity and activity description** The Worldwide Business Unit **Global Markets & Technologies (GM&T)** open new business frontiers for the Air Liquide Group with a strong expertise in cutting-edge technologies and inspired by disruptive mindsets. Our Purpose is to develop, shape and incubate significant new markets, sustainable for Air Liquide and for the Society. With more than 900 employees, the several facilities located in Grenoble area gather together more than half of GM&T resources within three entities : advanced Technologies, Biomethane and Industrial solutions. In the context of the energy transition, **Biogas Solutions Europe** business has seen double-digit growth for several years in Europe. This business includes the technologies and solutions that we offer throughout the value chain, from the production of biomethane using our proprietary membrane and Turbo-Brayton technologies, to its ultimate use(in transportation, industry, or for the production of low-carbon hydrogen). Our European business is currently focused on France, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia (Sweden and Norway), and Italy. Our growth is driven by the opening of several biomethane production plants and by strong demand from industry and the transportation sector. And finally, as we have developed our solutions across the biomethane value chain, various projects have emerged as examples of a local circular economy. **Missions and Responsibilities** Integrated within the Core Team Projects Department, you will be responsible for delivering on time and budget the whole project portfolio in Europe in the framework of our internal technical framework while building a European Project team with local teams spread in different geographies, engaging and developing each one and collectively thanks to your leadership. With a right balance between technical and leadership profile, you will ensure the projects follow the project Governance and respects the different milestones during the development phase of the project and the execution phase to ensure the continuous improvement of the Project Execution and developp a _Total Cost of Ownership (_TCO) approach. Your interpersonal skills are key assets for representing the Air Liquide group to contractors and partners, with the objective of satisfaction and fluidity of information. You interact on a daily basis with the departments involved in the execution of the project, such as Design Office, Purchasing, suppliers, works subcontractors, Manufacturing, Import / Export, Financial Department, Contract Management, local operations teams. You will ensure the handover & transition phase with Operations (training, commissioning and customer satisfaction on project delivery) Your integration will be facilitated by your ability to understand the specificities of your environment and to forge collaborative transversal relationships. **Competencies and Profile** Graduated at Engineer’s Degree (Mechanical or Electrical or Process Eng), you have worked in industrial business for at least 10 years of experience in EPC environment or large-scale engineering projects (> 20M€) and master good project management practices in large industry, Energy, Oil & Gas or Biogas industry. You have developed strong skills in contract management, negotiation of claims or amendments, planning, risk management, financial control and the management of multicultural and multi-disciplinary teams. You wish to tackle a new enriching experience which will enhance your interpersonal and management skills transverse.
