Digital and External Communication Specialist

Within the Valeo Service South East-Europe marketing team, in liaison with Valeo Service Activity Digital team and Communication team, we are looking for a **Digital Champion and External Communication Specialist**who will deploy the global strategy with local efficiency.

You will manage four core missions:
**Generate and optimize your traffic**
- You manage the different traffic levers like SEO, SEA, Social media (i.e. Facebook) to generate targeted audiences mainly workshops, distributors and drivers. You can manage a local agency in accordance with Central. You are the referral to identify local opportunities with WhatsApp or any local social network.
- You continuously track and improve your performance on all digital touch points. You are the local key contact for dashboards and metrics on digital activities in order to optimize our budgets for acquisition.

**Turn visitors into qualified leads**

**Turn qualified leads into ambassadors and animate our community (garage network, loyalty program)**
- You are the expert on lead nurturing and propose marketing automation strategy. The objective is to engage our audience and increase their appearance score and finally their turnover / Valeo market share. You need to turn our visitors into leads and to engage them by becoming customers and ambassadors. You will have to identify their pain points and propose a solution to solve them.

**Coordinate external communication activities with the aim to improve company brand awareness**
- You will organize and manage different events mainly across Italy, Greece, and the Balkan area, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with brand objectives.
- You will oversee the creation and adaptation of marketing materials through external agencies
- You are able to adjust graphic materials in-house using design tools like Adobe Suite.
- You will develop and execute a communications strategy combining PR, marketing, and online efforts to boost brand visibility.

**Skills & Experience required**
- Master Degree in Economics/Digital Communication
- Fluent English and Italian (mandatory B2)
- Minimum 3-year previous experience in external/digital communication roles within multinational industrial companies (automotive sector preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of Office, Google, mailing tools such as MailChimp, MailUp, CMS tools (such as Drupal, Wordpress), digital marketing contents (SEO, SEA), good data analysis skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe suite tools is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
