We are looking for new project manager for the role of**:EU Project Manager - Innovation area - Middle/Senior.**
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- Developing project proposals consistent with EU policies, identifying the most suitable funding opportunities.
- Building strategic collaborations with universities, research institutions, companies, and other organizations to implement research and development projects.
- Managing partnerships with educational institutions and schools to promote student mobility, professional training, and the exchange of best practices.
- Impementing project in the area of innovation, technology, sustainability
- Keeping continuously updated on European programs, project selection criteria, and funding mechanisms.
- Establishing and strengthening networks of contacts and collaborations across various sectors to create solid and effective partnerships for successful projects.
The **resource** we are looking for has:
- Excellent **organisational skills** and strong autonomy in work, **digital mindset** and good **problem-solving** skills, orientation to continuous development, perspective vision;
- In-depth knowledge of European Union policies and programs.
- Strong experience in **project management** and **project financing** related to EU funding programs.
- Cross-disciplinary skills, with expertise in technical project design and the development of regional partnerships.
- Creativity and excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong inclination towards networking.
- Deep knowledge of the institutional and social context, with a focus on European policies.
- **Excellent command of the English language.**:
- Ability to stay consistently updated on European funding calls and best practices in the sector.
- Willingness to travel
