**About Us**
CEIPES ETS is a non-profit organization founded in 2007, operating in the fields of education and development. We work at local, European, and international levels in synergy with more than 100 organizations, entities, and institutions.
Our mission is to conduct research, enhance methodologies and technologies in education, and develop innovative strategies and participatory tools for working with youth and adults through territorial and international cooperation.

**What We Are Looking For**

We are looking for **Project Managers** for the development and implementation of national and European projects in the areas of **Innovation, Technology, Sustainability, and Entrepreneurship**.
- Identify new calls for proposals and funding opportunities, proposing project ideas in line with European and national priorities and policies.
- Contribute to drafting new project proposals in collaboration with the team and international/local partners.
- Manage funded projects within your thematic area, coordinating partnerships, ensuring objectives are met, maintaining quality standards, and managing the project budget.
- Build and maintain networks across sectors to create strong and effective partnerships essential for project success.
- Organize and oversee dissemination events, including seminars and conferences, to share project results.

**Skills and Requirements**
- Residence in Palermo or the surrounding area is **mandatory**.
- **Fluent English (minimum C1 level)** - this will be tested during the interview.
- Strong writing skills for project proposals and research in English.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a digital mindset.
- Experience in managing and developing project proposals aligned with EU policies (**preferred**).
- Genuine interest in social issues, research, development, and education.
- Creativity, teamwork, leadership, and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, Google Workspace, and preferably CRM Dynamics.
- Availability for short local and international trips (1-2 times per month).

**What We Offer**

**Salary range**:

- **Junior (up to 2 years of experience)**: €1,200 - €1,400 gross/month
- **Mid-level (2 to 4 years of experience)**: €1,600 - €1,900 gross/month
- **Senior (5+ years of experience)**: from €2,000 gross/month
