We are looking for a **Logistic Pre Series Disposition **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Logistics Pre Series.**

You will have the responsibility to ensure correct pre-series material disposition according to MRP demand, monitoring and managing relationship with suppliers and with logistic service provider, ensuring material availability at point of use and correct stock management, functionally reporting to the coordination of logistic Pre Series URUS/SSC.
- Pre Series disposition (fulfill & maintain SAP material data, check supplier contracts, rda/oda, schedule exceptions, contact/push the supplier, escalation for critical material availability, organize/monitor the transport, problem solving in incoming as anomalia, invoices, etc.);
- Modification management (support SET/FT decisions providing actual/foreseen stock levels and material demand, confirm and ensure the phase-in/phase-out date of components minimizing obsolescence);
- Project KPI / Presentation support (perform data collection to ensure complete e correct project KPI preparation, critical supplier status, etc.);
- Participation in dedicated specific meetings in case of relevant disposition topics, meeting with suppliers in case of logistic issues. Monitoring the yearly working capital budget observance.

**About you**
- Master University Degree in Management, Mechanical Engineering or Economics
- 2 years’ experience in automotive environment in a similar role
- SAP knowledge
- Excel advanced knowledge
- Presentation skills
- Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered a plus
- Problem solving attitude and excellent communication skills
