We’re looking for a **Marketing Digital Content Specialist** with proven experience in developing engaging, high-performing B2B digital content strategies, ideally within the software or tech industry. The person will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content to support marketing objectives, generate qualified leads, and enhance brand reputation.
The **Responsibilities** are:
- **Content Creation**: Develop diverse high-quality digital content including website copy, landing pages, blog articles, case studies, white papers, interview scripts, and social media content (especially LinkedIn);
- **SEO & Optimization**: Optimize all content for search engines, focusing on organic visibility, ranking, search intent, and AI-generated answers;
- **Editorial Calendar**: Manage and contribute to the content editorial calendar, ensuring timely publication;
- **Brand Voice**: Ensure consistent brand voice, style, and messaging across all channels;
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and report on improvements;
- **Vendor relationships**: Oversee vendor relationships for content effectiveness and campaign alignment;
- **Collaboration**: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with business goals and buyer personas.
The **requirements** to fill the position are:
- Master degree in Marketing & Communication, Management or related field;
- A Minimum of 5 years of experience in same role, preferably within a B2B software/tech company;
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Italian (and preferably English), including proficiency with generative AI tools for content creation and refinement;
- Familiarity with CMS like Wordpress or Webflow; Marketing Automation Tools (e.g., HubSpot) and most common CRMs;
- Ability to analyze data for content strategy optimization;
- Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
**Plus** (Appreciated):
- Basic graphic design knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite);
- Experience with buyer journey analysis and content creation;
- Content Marketing or SEO certifications.
The professional profile is completed by excellent listening and observation skills, excellent relationship and interaction skills, communication, empathy, problem solving, determination and attitude to work closely with people.
The location will be our office in **Assago** (MI).
