Accountabilities

As a Global Digital Content Specialist, you will support the creation, management, and optimization of digital content across and global CRM channels. You will help ensure that product pages, editorial content, campaign updates, and newsletters are delivered accurately, on time, and consistently across all regions. Working closely with global and regional teams, you will contribute to offering a premium online experience and ensuring that our brand is presented clearly and cohesively worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and publish website content using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Page Designer, and Ampliance.
  • Update key areas of the site including homepage, editorial pages, category PLP banners.
  • Support rollout of content across regions and ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Perform QA tests on the website to ensure links, layouts, translations, and modules function correctly across devices and regions.
  • Coordinate translations for multi-language content and upload them across different markets.
  • Work with Marketing and Design teams to collect and upload images and assets.
  • Support newsletter planning and workflows using Jira as project management tool.
  • Build and schedule newsletters in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, NCSA).
  • Coordinate translations, localizations, and QA checks before sending.
  • Assist with automated trigger emails and support improvements to customer journeys.
  • Contribute to A/B tests and help analyze performance.
  • Support regular reporting on newsletter and content performance (weekly, monthly, major sales periods).
  • Review key metrics (opens, clicks, conversions) and help identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors and share observations on digital best practices.
  • Work with Ecommerce, CRM, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, and regional teams to align on content needs and timelines.
  • Support weekly planning and ensure all content is delivered accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital content or ecommerce roles, ideally in fashion or luxury.
  • Knowledge working on
    Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
    , CMS, and project management tools such as
    Jira - must have.
  • Experience working with multi-language content and international teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across departments and regions.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI, ecommerce KPIs, or email marketing is an advantage.
  • Experience with editorial content in fashion/luxury an advantage.

This position is full-time based in office.
