**POSITION PURPOSE**:
**POSITION MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Provide comprehensive financial support for their own area
- Cooperate in mid
- and long-term forecasting for Sales and OPEX
- Provide relevant reporting (quantitative & qualitative) for their own area
- Provide value-added financial analytics to support business initiatives and decisions
- Streamline the Financial Planning department processes, implementing automation where possible
- Fiduciary responsibility:

- Support the business to be compliant to financial policies and procedures
- Maintain internal controls and compliance as relates to job responsibilities

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:

- University degree in Economics, Finance or engineering (international studies are a strong plus)
- 2-3 years' experience in financial analysis/consulting in a multinational company (experience abroad is a plus)
- Experience in cross-functional work/projects
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Analytical skills
- Presentation/communicationskills
- Ability to influence business partners
- Ability to deal across cultures
- Detail oriented but still able to see bigger picture
- High level of initiative and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Planning and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize
- Problem solving skills
- Positive attitude
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
