**Your Challenge**

As **Cloud Onboarding and Support specialist** your mission will be to support and guide Siemens technical experts from different disciplines (Comfort, Fire, Energy and Security) in the digital transition to Siemens cloud platforms. Some of the main activities will be:

- Plan and host Onboarding workshop to teach our technical experts in the countries on new technologies and Cloud onboarding methods. Sample topics that will be covered in workshop Edge, Networking, Cybersecurity, Energy, Sustainability, Building Management.
- Collaborating with the HQ training organization and the HQ support organization located in Milan create learning modules including presentation, testing environments and exercises needed in in person or remote workshops.
- Having a customer first mindset collect feedbacks from individual workshop participants, identify possible software bugs, understand customer change requests, proactively propose software improvements to R&D and product management organizations.

**To be a perfect fit for this role, you must have**:

- Experience in creating and hosting technical & sales training is required.
- Problem-Solving, Communication, Organizational, Design Thinking, Time Management
- Knowledge on all the collaborative apps included in Office 365
- Passion for new technologies and a basic knowledge on them
- Knowledge on Energy, Comfort, Fire, Security field devices from Siemens is a plus.
- Passion to never-stop growing.
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge.
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Eligibility to work in Italy
