**Position**:
**Program Purpose**

The First at Fendi Program aims to welcome the New Generation by offering them a disruptive experience within the Fendi Family in a context of fast pace.

As main mission, the intern will be developing a dedicated business-oriented project during the length of its experience as well as experiencing a real-life working environment and gaining a strategic vision on our business priorities.

**Project**

Based in the HQ in Roma, you will have the opportunity to provide support in ensuring the stores' product assortment according to the budget and on-going business needs. The objective will be to maximize sales results through constant monitoring of the performance (business analysis) and a strong flexibility into store interactions. Development of fashion trend understanding based on personal attitude and competitors benchmark.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Support the creation of feedback to HQ on products, customer behavior, competitors, business opportunities.
- Support the validation of proposed assortment and define quantities.
- Support the team with reporting activities and management of daily requests coming from the stores.
- Increase client advisors competencies and confidence in the stores through training on selling.
- Support the team in the daily contact with other departments (Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, E-Commerce, Marketing & Communication and many others).

**Profile**:

- Degree in Business/Economics is highly appreciated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine interest into the fashion world
- Highly accurate, organized and with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good level of English & Italian is a must.
