**Position**:
The intern, as part of the Woman LG Retail Merchandising team, will support in the creation, roll out and update of the Assortment Dashboard and TSL Analysis documents. The intern will assist the team in guaranteeing assortment and store allocation by store during buying session and before launch, and in ensuring that the right products are in the right location with the right level of stock, collaborating with regions with supporting documents.

This position is based in Rome.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Assortment Planning: Collaborate with the zones’ teams to define and curate product “packages” that align with our brand's vision and market demands.
- Allocation Management: Support in Ensure the precise distribution of products across various store clusters, maintaining optimal stock levels and product availability, for both Seasonal and Timeless.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist in regularly monitoring and controlling TSL (Target Stock Level) and depth to guarantee the right product mix and inventory levels in stores.
- Data Analysis: Collaborate with the team in analysing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions on product assortment and allocation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the merchandising, Retail Teams, Visual Merchandising, Collection Merchandising, Go to Market and Supply Chain.**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced use of Microsoft package (Excel, PowerPoint; etc.)
- Passion and good knowledge of the fashion and luxury industryPositive and proactive attitudeThis six-months internship will start in February 2025.
