Jr. Product Manager Woman Jewelry

Based in Rome, the Jr. Product Manager Woman Jewelry & Watches, as part of the Collection Merchandising Woman Accessories Team, will work closely with Style, Industrial Departments and Retail Merchandising to follow the entire product management flow in deliver effective collections to the market, reporting to the Sr. Product Manager Woman Fashion & Fine Jewelry and Watches.
**Main responsibilities**
- Collection Brief, Buying session Debrief and other useful documents to support the Creative process
- Sales campaign materials (eg. Product Offer, Collection Book, Presentations, packshot pictures overview, VM supervision)
- Collection Pricing structure partnering with Industrial Costing Team and Product Development
- Competitors & market trends analysis
- Support the Team in the annual Budget and 3YP strategic presentations
- Support Press and Communication team to Sample management
- Data extraction and reports with periodic update
- Partner with Training and E-commerce teams to support an excellent in-store execution
**Profile**:
- 3-5 years experience in a collection merchandising role
- Product sensitivity and fashion enthusiastic
- Creative spirit, capability to think “out of the box”
- Strong project management skills and multi-tasking approach
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Excellent use of Excel and Power Point
- Fluency in English and Italian - French are a plus
