**The Role**:
At Hyntelo, we’ve experienced a wonderful period of growth as the direct result of
business expansion and our recent funding round.
To continue this trajectory, we’re investing in development efforts for our flagship product, Lyriko, and we’re thus searching for a highly qualified Jr. Product Strategist to work closely with our Product team. From day one, the Jr. Product Strategist will have an immediate impact by supporting the Product team in designing adjusting the product development strategy and roadmap. The Jr. Product Strategist will be involved in the daily monitoring of business goals and KPIs to make sure that the scope of development activities across multiple teams is aligned with product goals.

Our Jr. Product Strategist will continuously analyze the changing market circumstances to produce reports by analyzing the market to find new opportunities and identify risks. As a direct report to our Product Owner, the Jr. Product Strategist will provide support in validating product ideas, designing new solutions and adjusting existing ones, building hypotheses to test the product with users, finding the right measures and metrics to validate the progress of the product growth, and analyzing feedback from users. Ultimately, the Jr. Product Strategist will be fundamental in assisting Sixth Sense to emphasize the Product’s vision and monitor its strategic roadmap and tactical release plan within the software development life cycle.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate from a top university.
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in International Management/Strategy or related disciplines.
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills, both in English and Italian.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.

**Qualification**:

- Experience working with a team in a fast-paced setting.
- School and/or work experiences abroad.
- Previous experiences in a similar role within software development companies will be considered a plus.
- Previous experience with SCRUM teams is a plus.

**Job Type and Salary**:

- Full-time preferred, open to evaluating part-time.
- Job Location: Rome office (HQ in the city center) with smart working option available.
