Tech Sourcing Management Expert

The Tech Sourcing Management Coordinator supports and act on behalf of the Tech Sourcing and Strategy lead in the continuous revision of the sourcing services required by the business. He helps in the management of IT Outsourcers in both delivery and services and manages the relationship with the sources and define the improvement required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers
- Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing engagements, creating Dashboard for management of the assessments and the performance of suppliers
- Check if sourcing documentations and statements are aligned with the Tech Sourcing Strategy and coordinates the writing of the contractual documents within Tech and with the other areas (compliance, Legal, Procurement...)
- Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations
- Coordinates regular reviews of IT contracts with relevant IT Managers
- Organizes, co-ordinates and participates in steering committees with vendors, when required
- Reviewing quality of vendor management activities, acting as first point of escalation in case of issues
- Support Tech Departments and Procurement in the processes of Request For Information (RFI) and Request For Proposal (RFP) for all IT services

**Requirements**:

- University degree
- 5+ years’ experience within vendor management in Tech departments
- Professional experience gained in a complex and international environment.. experience gained within financial services as a plus
- Strong knowledge of vendor management regulations (local and global)
- Good negotiation and program management abilities
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
