**Job Summary**:
Processing Solutions and Equipment leads a sustainable supply chain, sourcing, producing and delivering competitive and industry leading Processing solutions and equipment to the food & beverage industry. We strive for leadership in operational excellence with a World Class and long-term mind-set, delivering a cost-effective supply chain and enabling a vertical start-up at customer sites.

We are looking for a Quality Lead, that will coordinate and drive quality within our Production Centre Lund Modena. The PC Lu Mo product portfolio covers processing and packaging equipment. **The position is based in Modena** and you will be the quality contact person of the site in Modena and the KPI owner of technical issues for all operational units within the PC Lu Mo.

**What you will do**:
In this role you will lead and coordinate quality improvements and top loss deployment in production. You will be a member of the Quality pillar and develop sustainable increased efficiency in production via autonomous teams. You are appointed internal auditor to secure implementation of standards, specification & legal demands. You will also lead, and coordinate actions and analyses related to customer and internal matters.

**You will focus on**
- Establishing a quality built-in mindset Securing alignment of internal standards and common way of working within all operational units.
- Leading the appointed KPI committee of Technical Issues and coordinating initiatives that support continuous improvements.
- Supporting internal & external stakeholders with deployments and prioritizations to enable autonomous work on quality issues
- You will be a Member/Leader of the quality pillar & network
- Supporting quality organization during third party audits

**We believe you have**:

- You have a M.Sc. in Engineering or a Technical post-secondary education 3-5 years’ working experience within a quality leader role from the manufacturing industry, preferably in the food industry
- You have proven experience in leading WCM or similar (Root cause analysis, 12 Steps, 5W1H, 5WHY etc) and have led improvement activities within an operational environment.
- Your English is excellent, written as well as spoken.
- You need to be a strong informal leader, able to influence and engage individuals, teams, and organizations
- You enjoy collaboration and can manage stakeholders across geographies and organizational boundaries
- You are comfortable to work on your own in an independent way.
