**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a talented Content Management Expert to join our Customer Experience team in Modena. In this role, you will create customized content for customer journeys to increase business impact and help customers to grow. You will be engaging with key stakeholders across different areas in the company and provide support to drive high quality content and new experiences for customers at the CIC (Customer Innovation Centre) in Modena.

The position is based in **Modena, Italy**.

**What you will do**:

- Create and manage content to match customer journeys and business challenges
- Understand the needs of the audience and adapt business content to customer personas
- Inspire and take an outside view so we improve existing content assets
- Create content version in the Content Management System (CMS) to enable immersive and interact experiences
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to prepare and deliver successful customer sessions
- Drive testing, learning and scaling initiatives that are essential for improving CMS usage

**We believe you have**:

- A University Degree in Marketing; additional qualifications and competencies related to Digital Marketing
- Previous experience in B2C Marketing and market company will be considered a strong plus
- Customer and consumer centricity, interest in consumer behaviour which you proactively promote to customers to help identify the right solutions
- Analytical background and drive of actionable insights that generate relevant next steps
- Storytelling to build customer journeys
- Excellent communication skills
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing or sales
- You are fluent in English both written and spoken
- Other European languages are highly appreciated
