**This position reports to**:
Service Operations Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will support the team, participating in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the MOSE Motors Division, working site will be Vittuone (MI) Factory. You will be mainly accountable for: -Assisting in the analysis and optimization of production processes. -Supporting in the creation, updating of technical documentation (e.g., work instructions, process flows, etc.) and designing and implementing new equipment to enhance and sustain production efficiency.. -Assisting with the implementation of new technologies and production systems. -Supporting opening and coordination of Continuous Improvement projects. More specifically, will cooperate in the scheduling and actively follow up a series of activities of Continuous Improvement in production workshop, e.g. Kaizen events and 5S activities. -Collaborating with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance) to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing performance. -Providing technical support for day-to-day operations of the production floor.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- You are passionate about Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and result orientation.
- Degree in in Mechanical, Management, Electrical Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are at ease communicating in English and Italian.
