This role focuses on driving improvements throughout the production in Electrification Smart Buildings in Vittuone (MI). Your focus will be on aiding the definition of production processes to optimize cost, quality and on-time delivery of products, defining the working-phase sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Defining cycle time for the production and realization of equipment with external suppliers.
- Disseminating cycle time data to internal teams, and leading improvement discussions.
- Facilitating the training of direct and indirect team members during start-ups.
- Preparing technical documentation and ensuring optimal efficiency in methods, performance and materials/components.
- Assisting the Procurement and Logistics function by providing and giving advice on updated processes and technical documentation.
- Defining action plans and training maintenance and production resources to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.

**Your background**:

- Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electro Mechanical Field.
- At least 2 years of experience in production context.
- Sound knowledge of mechanical design and cycle time.
- Fluent in English.
- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
