Il nostro cliente è una società di sviluppo e promozione immobiliare attiva in qualità di advisor e/o co-investitore in alcune delle più rilevanti operazioni immobiliari commerciali e di logística nelle principali città italiane.

- **Contract&Legal Specialist**
La figura sarà basata a Milano**Il Ruolo**:
A diretto riporto del CFO della società, il Contract&Legal Specialist dovrà assicurare la difesa degli interessi di natura contrattuale/giuridica in tutte le operazioni di sviluppo immobiliare.
Si interfaccia con tutte le direzioni aziendali, in particolare l’Asset Manager, e con il legale di Gruppo e la sua struttura.
Responsabilità primarie:
- Individua soluzioni che tutelino l’azienda sotto il profilo economico, finanziario e giuridico, e le trasforma in clausole contrattuali. Ove necessario.
- Negozia con le controparti le clausole commerciali utili a securizzare e rendere profittevole ciascun deal.
**I Requisiti**:
- Esperienza di diversi anni in SGR, fondo immobiliare, società di Real Estate o studi professionali specializzati in Real Estate.
- Background giuridico contrattualistico, ma in ambito di operazioni di business (immobiliari e di tipo societario)
- Competenze in ambito legale, commerciale, contabile e finanza.

- capacità negoziali.- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office (word, power-point, excel).
