We are recruiting a **Trade & customs consultant** for our **Trade & customs **team in **Rome**, who will be tasked with:

- analysing all the issues relating to international trade and customs law with respect to customs duties, VAT and excise taxes, offering both ongoing advice to multinational groups and counsel in tax disputes with the tax courts;
- all the main consultancy areas, such as a classification of goods, their customs value, the origin of goods, authorised economic operators (AEO), due diligence, disputes, etc.;
- preparation of legal documents regarding customs law and excise duties;
- analysing structures and planning international flows connected to the international supply chain.

**_Qualifications/requirements_**
- at least two years of experience in Trade and Customs or VAT, preferably with a Big Four firm;
- a master's degree in business or law with final marks of over 100/110;
- a good knowledge of English;
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
