The tax and legal experts at KPMG Studio Associato provide assistance in all the key tax and corporate law areas, offering innovative, integrated services.

We are recruiting a Consultant for our International Trade and Customs team in Rome, who will be tasked with:

  • analysing issues relating to international trade and customs law with respect to duties and non-tariff barriers, trade compliance measures and ESG , offering both ongoing advice to multinational groups and counsel in disputes with the courts;
  • all the main consultancy areas, such as a classification of goods, customs value, preferential and non preferential origin, authorised economic operators (AEO), CBAM, EUDR, EPR, etc.;
  • preparation of legal opinions regarding customs law and trade compliance, as well as gap analysis, due diligence, etc.;
  • analysing structures and planning international flows connected to the international supply chain.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if:

  • A master's degree in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law (LMG-01), with a final grade of at least 100/110;
  • The intention to pursue the professional practice as a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer;
  • you are proficient in English;
  • you have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
