The position is based in our HQ in Rome and part of Omnichannel Europe team.

The CRM assistant oversees Europe and supports the team with ad hoc analysis and reports, ensuring that FENDI CRM guidelines are implemented in the European network.

He/she will provide comprehensive administration and operative support to the CRM department and will support in planning the CRM campaigns and manage retail activations across the network.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Data Mining, KPIs tracking, Strategic Analysis and Reporting
- Maintain the Database clean and reliable, manage clients reassignment and deduplication of profiles - Creation and control of target list for all direct marketing activities and in-store events
- Support in definition of CRM campaigns, local Newsletters and Retail activations in store - Cost control and budgeting activities - Ensure dedicated CRM training sessions for all the new boutique joiners - Support all logistic and operative activities for the direct marketing

**Profile**:

- University Degree in Business or Economics
- Clienteling mindset
- Advanced analytical skills
- Excellent Excel and Power point mastery
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience in a similar role
- training and motivational skills
- knowledge of Salesforce and /or Power BI will be considered a plus
