**MERCHANDISING AND PRODUCT MANAGER**
La figura, a riporto della Direzione Commerciale guiderà la strategia di merchandising end-to-end, garantendo il successo commerciale e l'eccellenza del brand attraverso tutti i canali. Sarà responsabile della commercializzazione dei prodotti, dal concept al mercato, collaborando con stakeholder interni ed esterni, tra cui i partner Retail, i partner WHSL e gli agenti di vendita.
In particolare si occuperà di:
- Gestire l'intero ciclo di vita del prodotto, dallo sviluppo della strategia alla consegna al mercato
- Supervisionare le relazioni con designer, fornitori e agenzie per garantire l'allineamento al brand e la qualità.
- Garantire che il team consegni prodotti di eccellenza su sei dimensioni: silhouette, tessuti/materiali, vestibilità, colore, gráfica, finitura.
- Mantenere e gestire i calendari di lancio dei prodotti, garantendo che tutte le scadenze siano rispettate
- Costruire e mantenere solide relazioni con i partner di sourcing per ottimizzare costi, qualità e tempi di consegna
- Facilitare la collaborazione tra la Product Community ed il Creative Director per allineare ed eseguire la direzione creativa della linea stagionale.
- Collaborare strettamente con i team di vendita per garantire allineamento sui lanci dei prodotti e sulle promozioni
- Analizzare i dati di mercato e i report finanziari per massimizzare ricavi, redditività e produttività ed utilizzare dati e analisi per prendere decisioni informate e ottimizzare le selezioni di prodotto.
- Ottimizzare il turnover dell'inventario e minimizzare i stock-out o l'eccesso di inventario.
- Supervisionare e implementare strategie Retail ed E-commerce allineate agli obiettivi del brand e alle tendenze di mercato per online, retail di proprietà e canali di terze parti.
**CARATTERISTICHE**
- Laurea in Business, Marketing, Retail, Fashion Merchandising o settore correlato.
- 5+ anni di esperienza in ruolo di merchandising lead, preferibilmente in aziende di lifestyle / performance o nel settore sportivo
- Comprovata esperienza di leadership e gestione del team.
- Fluente in inglese, ulteriori lingue costituiscono un plus.
- Forti capacità analitiche, di pensiero strategico ed eccellenti capacità comunicative e interpersonali completano il profilo.
