COMPANY PROFILE:
**BASIC FUNCTION AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
We are seeking an IT Specialist to join a team dedicated to adding business value to some of the strongest brands within the capital goods sector by supporting the improvement and evolution of Commercial Applications in CNH Industrial.

In this position the person will interface with different company’s departments and will work on:
1. Commercial solutions governance in alignment and coordination with various business depart-ments and IT colleagues of other areas. Within the governance role you’ll be requested to act as business partner fostering innovation and simplification to address business needs and re-quirements building a constructive and assertive relation with your business counterparts.

2. Follow and support the team in current projects from the AS-IS analysis, requirement consoli-dation and simplification, solution definition, cooperation with internal and external resources and providers, test system implementation and Post Go Live customer support.

3. Work with Business partners to support and drive them in the best definition of processes to then be applied to the related systems

4. Design, validate, configure, test, and implement solutions to meet business requirements com-mitted ROI, with initial focus on Commercial Systems - specifically regarding international pro-jects

5. Work side by side with external system integrators involved in the AG/CE CNH Project/AMS activities. Monitor the highest quality product delivery in line the latest security standard.

6. Proactively participate in providing input on new technology solutions and ideas to design, build and deploy business solutions that may support CNH industrial programs.

**COMPETENCES REQUESTED**:
Education
- Education: 3 year university degree re-quired
- Languages: Fluent English mandatory

Experience and Competences
- Previous experience in Project management as PMO or coordinator or PM
- Previous experience of team working and participation to deployment of systems in large organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Technical background with the ability to work through implementation process
- PMI procedures awareness / knowledge
- Successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment to deliver value-added solutions.
- Should be pro-active, result-oriented and possess good analytical ability and commu-nication skills, to work with teams across different departments
- Effective working relationship with the business to ensure business requirements are accurately captured agreed and accepted.
- Flexible working hours and available to travel
- Ability to work capably under stress and to juggle multiple tasks with tight deadline
- Provide functional and business expertise for the development of innovative and technologi-cal advanced solutions
- Leverage communication expertise to interface with all levels within company organization.
- Work within the project delivery team ensuring the delivery of the solution in line with objective and deadline.
