**Main activities**:
maintenance of cell cultures;
establishment of orthotopic brain tumors in mice;
in vivo drug efficacy studies in tumor-bearing mice;
flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry analysis;
biochemical analyses (such as ELISA, SDS-PAGE and WB).

**Who we are looking for**:
Master’s degree in biological sciences, biotechnology, or related disciplines. Doctoral degree is optional;
skills in protein biochemistry, cell biology, flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry;
experience in, or willingness to learn, how to perform experiment in mice;
research planning and organization skills.

**Work details**:
**Type of contract**: full-time collaboration, salary will be commensurate to the research experience and CV of the applicant;
**Duration**: one year, renewable;
**Place of work**: IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute, via Olgettina, 60 - Milan, Italy.
