**Posizione**:
Per il Romeo Hotel 5* lusso di **Roma**siamo alla ricerca di uno/a **CHEF DE PARTIE PASTICCERIA**da inserire in pianta stabile, che avrà le seguenti mansioni:

- Contribuire alla produzione a servizio di tutti gli outlet f&b dell'hotel
- Controllare che la preparazione, la cottura e l'impiattamento avvenga secondo standard aziendali
- Assicurarsi dell’approvvigionamento dei prodotti necessari alla preparazione della propria linea di lavoro;
- Sarà responsabile della pulizia della propria area di lavoro.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza pregressa in struttura 5* Luxury;
- Competenze in diverse linee di pasticceria: boulangerie, viennoiserie, piccola pasticceria (italo/francese), amenities, etc..
- HACCP in corso di validità ;
- Conoscenza standard LQA
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni
