_Build and maintain customer information in SAP e.g. customer set ups (e.g. Master Data, Special pricing) by following the related procedure._
- _Provide first level response to customers and distributors in timely manner (e.g. product substitution, change in product delivery date). _
- _Ensure customer requests are directed to the appropriate internal resource._
- _Manage own knowledge of customer portfolio._
- _Coordinate with Customers and warehouse for goods collection._
- _Manage Complaints, Returns/Stock rotations and certification requests._
- _Enter orders in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable contract._
- _Manage of the price quotation by loading or by getting from Sales Rep. in accordance with the Price exceptions procedure._
- _Enter loans, demo, giveaways in accordance with the related procedure._
- _Create and manage invoices and milestone billing._
- _Enter credit notes and returns and DOA orders in accordance with the related procedures._
- _Internal reservation orders management_
