**INTERNSHIP PURPOSE**:
We are looking for a Intern in Demand Planning team who will work closely with the Demand Planning Management team to support on a wide variety of tasks and projects on our unique historical brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to start a career in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations or Analytics in the spirits industry. In return you will be working with passionate people in a awesome office environment and have the opportunity to develop your skills.The intern will be interfacing directly with all the company’s function, actively participating in multiple activities.**Responsibilities**:
**During the internship you will**:

- Support the S&OP Manager in developing demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation.
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts, by understanding demand forecast drivers.
- Production planning depending on the demand and needs (Finished goods and Promos).
- Management of production incidents and proposed alternatives and solutions

Skills and Experience
- To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- BA/BS college degree in industrial organization or its equivalent.
- Basic Knowledge of SAP/APO or other software related to demand planning is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills.
- Team working: a team-worker with project management attitude
- Passionate about beverage industry
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Fluent English and Italian
