**Posizione**:
Per l’Hotel 5* lusso di **Napoli** siamo alla ricerca di un **Pastry Chef** da inserire in pianta stabile, che avrà le seguenti mansioni:

- Gestire, formare e coordinare i collaboratori disponendo un’ottima organizzazione quotidiana per il lavoro
- Offrire un servizio di qualità agli ospiti rispettando le procedure e gli standard aziendali;
- Rispettare le norme di igiene e sicurezza controllando che siano rispettate dal team
- Coordinare attività di preparazione, cottura ed impiattamento
- Assicurarsi dell’approvvigionamento dei prodotti necessari alla preparazione della propria linea di lavoro;
- Sarà responsabile della supervisione della pulizia della propria area

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza pregressa in struttura 5* Luxury
- Attitudine alla leadership
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di precisione
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni
- Capacità relazionali e comunicative
