**Job Description Summary**:
The EHS Specialist will act as a member of the EHS Team and will be based in the Sesto San Giovani Site. The mission will be to develop, plan and execute the Environmental Health and Safety programs and policies. We are looking for an apprenticeship of 24 month.

**Job Description**:
Essential Responsibilities
- Support the EHS Team to improve, streamline, simplify, communicate and maintain site EHS corporate and legal requirements and expectations
- Implement/modify related EHS programs and procedures to ensure health and safety compliance of plant operations
- Manage environmental regulatory issues, with particular reference to air and waste
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of existing and proposed regulations
- Provide and identify problem-solving alternatives

Qualification/Requirements
- Degree in Environment and Work Prevention Techniques, or Engineering preferably Chemical, Environmental, Industrial Engineering or related health and safety disciplines from an accredited university
- Knowledge of Italian EHS regulation (D.lgs. 81/2008; D.lgs. 152/2006)
- Knowledge of international EHS standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple ongoing tasks
- Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English
