EHS Specialistrole atEssilorLuxotticaWe are a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses.We offer our industry stakeholders in over150 countriesaccess to a global platform of high-quality vision care products and iconic brands, and a network delivering best-in-class shopping experiences.Join our global community of over190,000dedicated employees to drive the transformation of the eyewear and eyecare industry.Your roleWe are looking for an HSE Specialist who will redesign the Integrated Management System.Main ResponsibilitiesPrepare two separate document management systems for HSE and QUALITY starting from the current integrated management system (HSE + QUALITY).Develop an online platform (SharePoint) for archiving, publishing, and sharing HSE-related documents.Review existing documents (manuals, procedures and operative instructions).Check consistency of documents to reflect the real practices.Align documents where necessary with EL group standards.Design and manage a SharePoint dedicated to HSE topics:Create and manage sites and pages.Organize and publish content and documentation.Use web parts, document libraries, and permission settings.Main RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical engineering or "Tecniche della prevenzione nell'ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro".Excellent written communication skills in Italian, with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy and consistency; academic experience in technical documentation or structured reports is a plus.Interest in Management System Standards, particularly ISO *****, ISO ***** (ISO **** or ISO ***** are a plus).Familiarity with environmental regulations and workplace safety standards is a plus.Good command of Microsoft Office 365 tools.Fluent English.Willingness to learn and solve problems independently.Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments.Diversity, Equity and InclusionWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.We celebrate diversity and provide equal opportunities to all, regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic that makes us unique.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeInternshipJob FunctionManufacturingIndustriesRetail Apparel and FashionReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at EssilorLuxottica by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
