Job summary
The purpose of the job is to manage the Orientation & Admission processes and activities, in order to achieve fixed commercial target.
Key purpose of the role
1. Orientation & Admission Activities - Supported by Information Centre actions and follow up, he / she has to organize independently the leads’ management in order to improve and complete the admission process: orientation interviews; periodic call and re-call actions to leads following CRM flows; support the potential students in the admission process; check admission questions & documentations; support prospects’ students in collecting documentation and paper in order to guarantee the enrollment process.
He / She has also to improve and manage potential students support actions in admission activities such as: giving useful information about accommodation solutions; explaining how to obtain visa; explaining how to pay the school tuition correctly.
2. Marketing and Promotion Activities - He / She has to support and manage:
- Information and orientation activities for potential students on-line and on-site such as: open day, open week, open lessons, exhibitions, school orientation initiatives.
- Upselling activities for enrolled students in order to increase the progression.
3. Reporting - He / She has to support the supervisor in elaborating periodic reports and monitoring results.
**Skills**:
- Min 3 years experiences in Luxury sales Area;
- English proficiency. The knowledge of other languages is a plus;
- Proficiency in Office Suite and Salesfort;
- Passionate about Fashion;
- Ability to work in team;
- Focused on result and goal oriented.
