Tyvak International is looking for a **Receptionist and Back Office - protected categories (L.68/99 - Art.1)**.

**Key Duties And Responsibilities**
- Support the Office Manager in day-by-day activities (back office)
- Receive, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Support the Office Manager on managing facility activities (inventory; stocking of office supplies; )

NOTE: _Vacancy is expected to be filled in no more than 30 calendar days from the completion of the hiring process._

**Requirements**:

- **Belonging to protected categories (L.68/99 Art.1) is mandatory**:

- High School diploma
- Solid written and verbal communication skills (English is a plus)
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational, time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks,
- Customer service and positive attitude

**Other information**:

- Contract type: temporary contract - 6 months with the possibility of extension
- Part-time (21 - 24 hours per week)
