- The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
- As a Local Shopper Marketer (M/F/*) for Consumer Business Group at 3M Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
- Here, you will make an impact by:

- _ Leading the execution of the Channel Plan in the country together with the Sales team_
- _ Activating programs, campaigns and new launches in order to reach annual goals_
- _ Influencing Area team through insights on competition, shoppers and market trends_
- _ Supporting Operations with accurate A&M spending, demand planning and pricing_
- _ Willing to collaborate internally in an international context, in a fast and dynamic market, with strong brands and innovative products._
- Your Skills and Expertise
- _ Masters or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing_
- _ Preferably experience and understanding of Consumer Business and 2+ years of experience in media planning, e-commerce and digital marketing_
- _ Strong leadership and analytical skills_
- _ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English_
- _ Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills_
- Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
- _ Prioritization and time management_
- _ Communication Skills to vary stakeholders_
- Location: Italy
- Travel: May include up to 10% [domestic]
