We are currently strengthening our team within the** Danieli Construction**area**.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervision of civil works on site, both directly (managing and organizing construction worker teams) and through subcontractors
- Definition of construction phases, site requirements (from equipment and consumable materials to resources), timelines, team organization, activities, and execution phases
- Coordination of site activities (direct/subcontracted) in terms of time, cost, and quality, interfacing with site/client/headquarters contacts
- Participation in coordination meetings with the client, site management, safety officers, and other stakeholders involved
- As safety supervisor, ensuring compliance with legal inspections and controls required for the role
- Preparation of reports on progress, activities, requirements, and remaining resources

**Technical Requirements**:

- Diploma in Surveying or Building Technician. A degree in Civil Engineering will be considered a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in civil supervision within industrial settings (steel plants, power plants, etc.), including both direct management of workers and subcontractor coordination
- Knowledge of construction techniques, execution phases, and assembly processes related to the main types of civil works (earthworks, cast-in-place reinforced concrete, prefabricated reinforcement cages, formwork, casting phases, medium steel structures, installation of precast concrete elements, etc.)
- Excellent command of both Italian and English languages
- Strong ability to read construction and civil engineering drawings
