**Description**:

We are currently strengthening our team within the **Construction area**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordination of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assembly activities of the plant unit, including coordination of potential external suppliers.
- Support to the Construction Manager during the project execution phases.
- Ensures coordination and interface between headquarters and construction sites, particularly with technical offices, purchasing department, project managers, and the Construction management.
- Prepares the work schedule and verifies legislative compliance related to the country where the site is located.
- Assesses whether the assigned budget is consistent with the work schedule and reports any discrepancies to management.
- Assists in the development of the Safety Operational Plan (POS).
- Defines the necessary technical and professional requirements (including visas, work permits, qualifications, etc.) for personnel or companies involved in the construction sites.
- Verifies the documentation produced by the site and ensures its timely submission (progress reports, timesheets, non-conformities, etc.).
- Monitors project costs (preparation of the Cost Summary) and reports any “off-budget” items or “extra costs” to management.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Educational background: Degree in Engineering / Technical industrial diploma
5-6 years of experience in the sector
- Multidisciplinary technical knowledge (civil, mechanical, piping, electrical)
- Project planning tools and methodologies
- Material and equipment purchasing and shipping processes
- Plant assembly and commissioning processes
- Management of international and subcontracting contracts
- Financial and economic project management
- Project risk analysis
- Product and site safety
