**Job Description Summary**: The Sales Consultant North Italy will be based on field and working closely to the Sales Representative, provides support and develops tactical plans to maximize revenues, supporting other specialists. Come contribute to our interesting mission of helping our clients across Italy automate their business **About the role**: - Working closely to the Sales Representative, provides support and develops tactical plans to maximize revenues, supporting other specialists. - Meets/Exceeds sales targets - Maintains customer reports across all systems and works closely with the sales team - Supports customers in training as needed - Maintains and develops relationships with key customers and references positively impacting the customer experience - Utilizes the CRM database to input and provides information that will increase effectiveness "in front of" the customer and further support sales. - In the near future, develops the role increasing sales by selling to end users **About you**: - 2 years of experience in Sales (CRM knowledge). - Degree on Economics, Engineering, Sales/Marketing or any equivalent technological background. - Fluent English (knowledge of German is preferred). - Ability to manage customer expectations. - Excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to readily adapt to change - Pharmaceutical business knowledge is an advantage - Willing to travel, this role is field base. **Why join us?** A career at BD means being part of a team that values your opinions and contributions and that empowers you to bring your authentic self to work.
