**Responsibilities**:
- The Commercial Director is responsible for overseeing the efficient and compliant commercial operation of Renewable Gas assets in Italy. The role combines commercial leadership with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory and compliance standards.
- Asset Management: Management of the relationship between the asset and its direct service providers, clients and third parties.
- Local Advisor Coordination: Manage and collaborate with local advisors and experts to stay informed about regional feedstock trends, regulations, and opportunities.
- Communication: Management of all the communications required by law among which, but not limited to, communications through web portal of GSE and other regulatory bodies.
- Monitor sales and supplier transactions: Invoice verification. Income/ expense verification of the asset on a monthly basis and reconciliation with GSE invoices where required.
**Qualifications**
Your experiences
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field; MBA or CAS in Economics.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management, agricultural and/ or commercial operation, with at least 5 years in a relevant role, ideally within the renewable energy or Waste-to-Energy sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Italian regulation, i.e. GSE scheme.
- Fluent in English
- Attention to detail and proactive problem solving attitude
