As a **Concept Artist**, you will be responsible for creating and visualizing original concepts that define the artistic vision of our projects. You will collaborate closely with designers, programmers and other artists to ensure that your concepts integrate seamlessly with the overall game.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and develop original concepts for characters, environments, and props.
- Produce high-quality artwork that conveys the artistic vision and style of the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that concepts are feasible and align with gameplay mechanics and narrative.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from the directors.
- Clearly communicate artistic ideas and specifications to the team.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience with digital painting and illustration software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, composition, and anatomy.
- Experience with creating concept art for games or other media.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian is preferred.
