What we are looking for

What will you do? Role highlights
- Develop a marketing plan based on the company positioning and target
- Managing marketing budget, overseeing costs and forecasts
- Provide recurrent reports, develop useful information, test new approaches to produce relevant initiatives.
- Design and implement successful marketing campaigns from segmentation to channel selection aimed at increasing customer loyalty and customer retention.
- Supervise our SEO agency for keyword research and content localization.
- Monitor market trends, implement competitors analysis and product profitability.
- Scouting and management of new Partnerships.
- Responsible for achieving economic-financial objectives in relation to customer acquisition, retention, CAC optimization.
- Serve as a key member of the Meeters executive team, collaborating closely with our Product, and Operations teams to develop a comprehensive marketing, sales, and growth strategy.

**Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- Minimum 3 years experience as CMO in start up environment or structured companies
- Experience in planning and management 500k+ online marketing budget
- Previous experience in department restructuration
- Strong business analysis knowledge using current companies tools (platforms, data sources, attribution models) and proactiveness for implementing new ones in order to update and identify information critical for business decisions.
- Previous experiences and knowledgment in Tourism market
- Great proven knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing: how to support and increase our customers using digital channels
- Previous experience in collaborating with cross functional teams like marketing, operations, product development
- Experience with app marketing
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, committed to teamwork;
- Be a great team player and a professional that other colleagues respect for its integrity and working attitude
- Great communication and synthesis skills
- Be fluent in English & Italian
- Be open-minded, purpose-driven and curious
